Shipping Policy

Shipping typically occurs on the weekends, due to our proximity to a local post office. When we are able to ship on a weekday, we do. All items typically ship within 5-7 business days because of this, maximum.

Cut-off for Christmas delivery in the US is December 15th. Once that day has passed we make no guarantees but will do our best.

All items are shipped through the United States Postal Service with tracking and insurance so that no item will (hopefully) be lost.

A Note on Colors

Please remember that a computer screen is not always an accurate representation of color. Some colors that you see on screen may be darker or lighter in person based on your monitor settings. We do our best to ensure that the photos you see of the items are as accurate as possible, but there could be some variances between what you see on screen, and what it looks like in person.

The Crafting Environment

All items come from a smoke-free home, but not pet free. There are two very lovable kitties in the home, however every effort is made to keep them (and their fur) away from the products. However, we cannot promise zero contamination. Our apologies to those with allergies.

Our Guarantee

Our items are made as carefully as possible so that they will last. Sometimes though, things happen. Unfortunate things. Should anything you purchase break under normal wear and tear within the first 30 days after purchase, we will either refund your purchase amount, or replace the item. Please be advised, since we are a very small business, we cannot refund the shipping. Photographic evidence will be required to process this. Please contact Samantha with any inquiries.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted in the following instances:

  • The item you received was damaged in shipping
  • We sent you the incorrect item (we aspire to never have this happen, but when things are busy, mislabeling could occur and we apologize)
  • The item was lost by the carrier

In order to receive an exchange or refund for damaged or incorrect goods, we will require a photo of the item(s) in question to verify the issue(s).

A return or exchange for an item that is an incorrect size will be issued on a limited basis (mainly clothing only). We list all sizing information for each item in the description, and it is the buyer’s responsibility to check that the item will fit before purchasing. If you are purchasing an item as a gift, please alert us and we can tag the order as such to remember. We understand that when purchasing as a gift, it is much more difficult to gauge that the size is correct.

Please be advised that return shipping, and/or the shipping of a replacement is the responsibility of the buyer; though we reserve the right to waive this depending on circumstances. To start this process, please contact Samantha.

A Note on Handmade Products

Please remember that the items you are purchasing have not been mass-produced in a factory somewhere (aside from a few dying blanks), and therefore they may exhibit slight differences between two items that were made with the same pattern. This is a natural occurance due to the handmade nature. All items in the store have been lovingly crafted by two women (and sometimes their friends help, too) with a lot of passion.
